• Track record of placing Director, VP, and C-Suite candidates in financial services.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with senior executives.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle executive search assignments for senior roles in financial services.
• Conduct market research to identify candidates and understand industry dynamics.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to source leadership talent globally and locally.
• Engage and assess senior executives, understanding their motivations and fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates with comprehensive profiles and insights.
• Facilitate complex interview processes and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Manage offer negotiations and transitions for placed executives.
