Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an Enterprise Engineer to own and optimize the legal tech stack, including Ironclad, DocuSign, and related platforms. You will build integrations, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity across the legal toolchain while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams.

You will lead end-to-end platform improvements, implement data migrations, and govern access controls, with an emphasis on responsible AI usage and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years administering Ironclad and/or DocuSign in production.
• Experience building integrations with Workato and REST APIs.
• Experience performing data migrations and reconciliations at scale.
• Ability to own a platform end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and CLM including integrations.
• Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs.
• Support and evolve adjacent Legal Platforms like Evisort and DocuSign.
• Execute data migrations, backfills, and data hygiene tasks.
• Govern access and credentials for Legal systems; document operations.
