Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager for Employee Experiences within the Infrastructure & Corporate Technology org. Focus on internal tools used by staff, shaping workflows used day to day.

The role is full-time, remote-first across the United States with optional on-site in Atlanta or Chicago; you will partner with engineering, design, and corporate stakeholders to set vision, translate feedback into requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on internal tools, workplace products, or employee-facing experiences.
• Comfort collaborating with infrastructure and corporate technology teams, where systems often serve diverse internal user groups.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment while building strong working relationships across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and roadmap for internal employee experience initiatives, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term improvements.
• Partner with engineering, design, and corporate stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritize work based on staff needs and business impact.
• Translate qualitative feedback and usage signals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end execution from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration.
• Communicate plans, trade-offs, and outcomes to partners across the organization.
