Pride Live is searching for a Development + Community Engagement Manager to enhance donor engagement for the Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center. This full-time position, with a salary range of $62k-66k annually, emphasizes building support through diverse community partnerships and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in nonprofit partnership and/or community partnership work.
• Experience maintaining and updating databases and KPI dashboards.
• Ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow donor support.
• Develop and execute customized engagement plans.
• Produce dashboards tracking key performance indicators.
