Coalition, Inc. in Provo, UT is seeking a motivated Customer Success professional to join our team. You will deliver the highest level of customer support to prospective brokers, policyholders, and internal teams, guiding them through quoting, onboarding, and ongoing service.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and a friendly, can-do attitude in a fast-growing, startup-like environment. In-office in Provo or remote outside Utah options are available to fit your location.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and products.
• Insurance experience is not required, but is a plus.
• Incredibly positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound questions and requests from prospective and current customers via online live chat, email, and (less frequently) phone.
• Route and coordinate inquiries to Coalition's sales, security, insurance, and claims teams to ensure timely, accurate assistance.
• Educate customers on Coalition's products, including the online quoting platform and cybersecurity platform.
• Perform administrative insurance functions to support quoting, binding, policy changes, and other key workflows.
• Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Coalition teams to implement product improvements.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication in every interaction.
