Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Proven full-desk recruiting capabilities across client development and candidate sourcing.
• Experience using modern ATS and CRM tools.
• Ability to work across multiple industries and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain clients using top-tier recruitment methods.
• Recruit candidates using Jax ATS and related tools to fill client roles.
