Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Construction Manager to execute and administer construction and renovation projects across our apartment portfolio. The role involves coordinating vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, maintaining budgets and schedules, and producing progress reports.

Remote work initially with on-site in Dallas, TX once a corporate office is established; travel up to 50% to assets nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction experience.
• Experience in new construction, renovation and rehab.
• Experience with procurement, RFI docs and AIA contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and inspect contractor work; improve safety, cost, and quality.
• Run construction meetings; track issues and changes.
• Produce reports on budgets, schedules, and progress.
• Develop scopes of work and detailed estimates for projects.
• Administer contracts and process pay applications and change orders.
• Conduct due diligence inspections and prepare DD reports.
• Support rebates applications and liaise with stakeholders.
• All other duties as assigned.
