Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50% for work across the country.
• Experience in multifamily or hotel construction/renovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor work and contribute feedback on project improvements.
• Conduct construction meetings and prepare reports on project progress.
• Control budgets and monitor project schedules.
• Organize due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
