Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Team Lead in Atlanta, GA. You will lead a team of specialists handling high-severity auto liability claims, drive technical excellence, and push data-driven improvements across automation-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Underwriting, and clients to deliver superior claims outcomes. The role requires deep casualty expertise, strong leadership, and a willingness to advance modern claims technology and analytics

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial auto liability or casualty claims experience

Leadership experience in a carrier, TPA, or MGA environment
Strong expertise in coverage analysis, litigation management, and catastrophic injury evaluation

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Commercial Auto Excess Casualty Claim Specialists
Foster a culture of technical excellence and data-driven decision-making
Coach on coverage analysis, litigation strategy, negotiation, and high-severity claim evaluation
Conduct regular file reviews, performance assessments, and quality audits
Oversee handling of complex excess casualty claims with accuracy and timeliness
Partner with Product and Engineering to refine automation tools and adjuster workflows
Monitor KPIs including cycle time, accuracy, severity trends, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with MGAs, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders
Participate in client meetings, audits, and stewardship reviews
Support onboarding of new programs in line with Reserv's standards
