Innovative Driven seeks a Managing Director to lead a Client Services team with a focus on process improvement, technical excellence, and world-class service delivery. Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client services oriented role, preferably in eDiscovery or technology.
• Minimum 5 years in an eDiscovery management role.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on Relativity experience (processing and TAR).
• Relativity Certified Administrator and other certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of generative AI principles in ALSP space.
• Familiarity with EDRM from collections through production.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team with focus on development, mentoring, coaching and motivation.
• Allocate resources and monitor team KPIs.
• Collaborate with all teams and influence cross-functionally.
• Provide technical expertise to stakeholders on workflows and best practices.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are maintained.
• Support Sales by managing client relationships and budgets transparently.
• Lead project kick-off calls and establish effective workflows and deadlines.
• Serve as escalation point and determine escalation paths.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain consistent client communications and proactive service.
