Job summary

Innovative Driven is seeking a Managing Director to lead a Client Services team with deep eDiscovery and Relativity expertise. The role emphasizes technical acumen, consultative approach, and continual process improvement to deliver world-class service and product delivery.

The position is mostly remote with one onsite day per week at our Wilmington, DE office, requiring strong leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a client services role, preferably within the eDiscovery or technology industry.
• At least 5 years in an eDiscovery management role with hands-on Relativity experience.
• Relativity Certified Administrator or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse Client Services team with focus on development, mentoring, coaching and motivation.
• Allocate resources and monitor team KPIs at department level.
• Collaborate across teams and share knowledge to drive improvements.
• Provide technical expertise on best practices and workflows to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure SOPs, quality standards and client communication protocols are followed.
• Support Sales by managing client relationships and budgets transparently
• Lead kickoff calls, design workflows, and manage deadlines and expectations.
