Ameriflex is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding client care for a portfolio of accounts. You will resolve client questions, educate on Ameriflex products, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve retention and growth.

Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA. Remote-first with two weeks of in-person training at Carrollton, TX, and occasional travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of account management experience preferred, with a focus on client relationship management and service delivery.
• Experience in Benefits Administration preferred.
• Travel: ideally once per year to support client relationship initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client contact, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate empathy and interpersonal skills to ensure clients feel heard and valued.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive answers before they arise.
• Build and foster relationships with Plan Administrators, Brokers, and stakeholders to support retention and growth.
• Educate clients on Ameriflex products and services for effective utilization.
• Maintain organized client records including interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to execute business plans aligning with company goals.
• Leverage resources to maximize efficiency and provide reliable service.
• Perform other duties as needed by the Client Experience Manager.
