Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Relationship Specialist to join our client’s fully remote fintech team. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional support and guiding them through service offerings.

The ideal candidate communicates superbly, analyzes needs, and builds trust with clients from anywhere. You will manage inquiries via email, phone, and video, maintain CRM records, and contribute to retention and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport remotely.
• Proficient with CRM software and client management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive client support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Understanding of fintech is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated group of clients.
