Job summary

AE Perkins LLC, a holding company for Ameriflex, Workforce Go, and Accresa, seeks a Client Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding client care and manage a portfolio of accounts. You will serve as the main contact for questions and drive retention and growth with professional, HIPAA-compliant service.

Onboarding begins remotely with two weeks of in-person training at our Carrollton, TX corporate office to ensure a smooth transition and effective client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of account management experience preferred.
• Experience in Benefits Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Own client issues from start to finish, ensuring resolutions meet or exceed client expectations (Intermediate).
• Educate clients on systems, tools, and policies related to Ameriflex products and services.
• Maintain organized and accurate account information for each client, including records of interactions, service issues, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to execute business plans and strategies that align with company goals.
• Travel as needed, ideally once per year, to support client relationship initiatives (Beginner).
