Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns.
• Own client issues from start to finish and ensure timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate empathy and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Provide proactive support by addressing potential questions before they arise.
• Build and maintain relationships with Plan Administrators, Brokers, and stakeholders.
• Educate clients on Ameriflex products and services.
• Maintain organized account information and interaction records.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business plans.
• Leverage resources to deliver reliable client service and assist with miscellaneous duties.
