Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a senior Brand and Product Strategy leader to close gaps between what we promise and customer experience. You’ll own how the brand travels beyond campaigns, influencing GTM, product, and CX across the organization.

You will craft creative GTM strategies for product and partner initiatives, collaborating with Product Marketing and Partnerships teams. Drive upstream strategy into products and our partnerships, shaping the brand’s impact across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience setting brand and product strategy internally or at agencies.
• Experience in shaping go to market strategy.
• Experience in delivering a brand across an organization, not just inside the marketing org.
• Strong persuasive writing skills and ability to work with insights for research-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows and outputs.
• Ability to use generative AI tools and copilots with human oversight in daily work.

• Close the gap between Coinbase promises and customer experience across GTM, product, and CX.
• Author GTM strategies for product and partner initiatives with Product Marketing and Partnerships teams.
