Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer in Nashville, TN. The role focuses on reporting, analytics, and solution development for operational, clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders. 90% remote with 10% on-site work.

You will build Power BI reports, SSRS reports, paginated reporting, and maintain SQL queries and data integrations across enterprise systems. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of SQL-based analytics are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience developing SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
2+ years building reports/dashboards with Power BI and/or SSRS.
Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions and working with stakeholders.
Experience validating and troubleshooting data across systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to document reporting requirements.
Design and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools.
Build Power BI reports, interactive dashboards, SSRS reports, and paginated reports.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
Support data warehouse enhancements and improve usability and performance.
