Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. (MHC) in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics that drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

This role partners with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to translate business requirements into reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using SQL Server, Data Warehouse, Power BI, SSRS, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience developing SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
• Two or more years of experience building reports, dashboards, or paginated reports using Microsoft Power BI and/or SSRS.
• Proven ability to write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and related database objects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools.
• Build and support Power BI reports, interactive dashboards, SSRS reports, and paginated reporting solutions.
• Develop, tune, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and related database objects.
