Job summary

Smart4 Cloud Limited is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to drive AI and CX transformation using Google Gemini Enterprise. This remote role supports US enterprise engagements on a fractional, 6+ month contract with 20–40 hours per week.

You’ll own workshops, capture requirements, map processes, write user stories and help bridge business needs with AI-enabled solutions across Google Cloud ecosystems.

Strong facilitation and communication with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Gemini Enterprise for CX and AI; enterprise AI projects a must.
• End-to-end business analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate customer conversations and workshops; capture and document requirements.
• Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria; support testing and UAT.
• Bridge business requirements and technical teams; assist in AI-enabled solution design and adoption.
