Job summary

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Senior Google Engineer to deliver complex projects focusing on Google Workspace administration and Gemini Enterprise deployment. You will collaborate with sales, PM, and clients to deploy AI-powered workflows, govern data security, and ensure scalable enterprise solutions across industries.

The role requires deep Google Workspace expertise, Gemini AI capabilities, and experience managing 1,000+ user

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a project delivery role focused on cloud collaboration platforms.
• 5-8 years of Google Workspace implementation and administration experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with Google Workspace migrations from legacy email and collaboration systems.
• 3-5 years of success in consulting on complex technical projects, including design and planning, implementation and deployment, and support.
• Experience managing and supporting Google Workspace in an enterprise environment with 1,000+ users.
• Experience deploying and managing AI solutions in enterprise environments, particularly Gemini Enterprise or similar agentic AI platforms.
• Experience with data governance, compliance configuration, and security policy implementation in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex projects focusing on Google Workspace administration and Gemini deployment across industries.
• Consult with sales, PM, and clients to deploy technical solutions.
• Act as SME for data governance, security, and enterprise AI deployment.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize configurations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
