Job summary

OnTrac Solutions LLC is seeking a Lead Change Management Consultant (L5) to join a Google-focused solutions practice. You will lead strategic adoption programs, engage C-suite leadership, and drive enterprise-scale change initiatives for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.

Qualifications

8+ years of external consulting experience in Change Management Lead roles.
Proven success leading large-scale enterprise transformations (20,000+ users).
Experience guiding executive audiences and presenting to C-suite leaders.
Strong experience in Google Workspace adoption and enterprise collaboration tools.
Experience leading AI adoption programs and Champions networks.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and hands-on execution for change programs.
Lead executive workshops and strategic conversations with customer leadership.
Drive large-scale enterprise transformations with stakeholder engagement, value realization, and adoption metrics.
Define rollout sequencing and enablement strategies for Workspace and Gemini Enterprise.
Mentor junior team members and help grow the change management practice.
