Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager for CX Intelligence & AI (CXI) to own program management across CX Ops, CX Programs, Product/Engineering, and Analytics. You will drive multi-team coordination, define north-star metrics, and oversee OKR performance, while advancing AI-first solutions within the CX landscape.

The role requires 10+ years in TPM/PM roles, strong cross-functional collaboration, and expertise with AI/ML, analytics, and vendor evaluation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product/program management, strategy, or related roles.
• Proven track record uncovering business and customer challenges and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning cross-functional program portfolios with ambiguity and external dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define a strategic roadmap and partner with Engineering to deliver high-priority initiatives across CX.
• Own portfolio of agent tooling and SaaS initiatives including AI automation and analytics infrastructure.
• Independently uncover CX opportunities and align with leadership to shift resources or launch new projects.
