Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or fire protection engineering is required.
• PE license in related discipline is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine a strategic plan aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee policy execution and resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and program delivery with a focus on quality and financial performance.
• Lead business development efforts and use CRM/ERP tools for pipeline management.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and growth.
