Job summary

EFI Global is seeking an experienced Fire Investigator for a full‑time, remote role based in the greater Dallas area. The successful candidate will perform origin-and-cause investigations, deliver defensible findings, and contribute to expert testimony with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
• IAAI-CFI certification preferred; CFEI certification required at minimum.
• Five years of fire investigation experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct extensive investigations to determine origin and cause of fires and explosions.
• Interview witnesses, analyze public records, and prepare detailed reports suitable for depositions and trials.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies and private bureaus as needed.
