Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• CFEI certification required for consideration.
• IAAI-CFI certification preferred; obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate losses and determine origin and cause.
• Identify third-party responsibility and subrogation potential.
• Maintain client reporting per EFI procedures.
• Promote EFI services within the insurance industry and territory.
• Serve as liaison between the insurance industry and fire service personnel.
• Interview witnesses and review public records for investigations.
• Travel as required.
