Job summary

OnePay is launching a subscription product designed to help customers maximize their money across its suite of financial services. As the Product Manager for this initiative, you’ll own the day-to-day development of the core experience and scale it from zero to one - from initial launch through sustained growth and market traction.

You will own the front-end UX, subscription management, engagement, and retention, collaborate with engineering, legal, risk, and marketing, and drive milestones

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of product management experience, ideally consumer-facing.
• Direct experience on a subscription product: acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• A background in fintech/finance products at scale.
• Track record of shipping autonomously at a startup or smaller-scale company.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end UX: signup, account setup, ongoing management.
• Build and iterate on subscription management, engagement, and retention.
• Work with engineering to inform product decisions and execution.
• Drive milestones pre-launch and post-launch optimization: conversion tuning, segment targeting.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy: conversion, retention, growth.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Customer Operations, Marketing to launch compliant, scalable experiences.
• Drive development, testing, and operational-readiness milestones ahead of launch.
