DualEntry in New York City is seeking a growth-minded Marketing Lead to own the creative strategy across paid and organic channels. You will write sharp briefs, collaborate with designers, and ship high-impact campaigns that move CFOs and accounting teams.

You’ll run a continuous test-and-learn loop, translating customer insight into compelling ads while leveraging AI to accelerate production. Join a fast-growing, equity-heavy fintech startup shaping the finance OS.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in creative strategy, performance creative or content.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech preferred.
• Strong writing with clear point of view on ads.
• Comfortable using data as feedback.
• Able to work without a playbook.
• Bonus: making finance engaging.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for paid and organic channels: what we say, to whom, and in which format.
• Write briefs and hooks from customer insight, then work with designers and editors to ship them fast.
• Run a test-and-learn loop: launch variants, read the data, stop what doesn't work and scale what does.
• Help build our in-house content studio: series, short-form video and ongoing content on CFO and accounting topics.
• Use AI tools to cut production from weeks to days, without lowering the bar on taste.
• Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing and the founders so creative ties directly to pipeline.
