MVB Financial Corp. in the United States seeks a Fintech Data Analyst to support financial analytics and reporting for fintech partnerships.

You will build financial models, evaluate deal economics, monitor profitability, and support forecasting across the deposit, net interest income (NII), and fee revenue lines. The role spans gaming, acquiring, issuing, BaaS, and payments, collaborating with Sales and Finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, banking, or related role.
• Advanced Excel skills with SUMIFS, pivot tables, modeling and scenarios.
• Proficient PowerPoint for executive/board reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for high-stakes reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication for cross-functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial models for fintech clients (deposits, NII, fees).
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on deal assumptions.
• Evaluate onboarding economics and inform pricing decisions.
• Analyze profitability post-launch and flag margin issues.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and board materials.
• Maintain rolling forecasts across NII and deposit workstreams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Finance and Leadership.
