MVB Bank, Inc. is seeking a Fintech Data Analyst to support financial analytics and reporting across fintech partnerships.

You will evaluate deal economics, monitor profitability, and support forecasting for deposit, NII, and fee revenue across gaming, acquiring, issuing, BaaS, and payments verticals. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and senior leadership to deliver insights, build robust models, and provide actionable recommendations for pricing and contract terms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 2–3 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including SUMIFS, pivots, modeling and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive and board-facing reporting.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial models for fintech clients, including deposits, NII and fee revenue.
• Conduct scenario analysis and test assumptions for ramp, rate environment, and volume growth.
• Monitor profitability post-launch and collaborate on pricing or contract renegotiation.
• Support monthly fintech performance reporting and board materials.
