Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, ML engineering, or technical deployment experience with customer-facing ownership.
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI or data-driven systems in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with financial workflows and governance requirements.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript and production-grade coding practices.
• Experience deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
• Strong cross-functional communication with product, risk, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production AI systems around models, owning integrations and data flows.
• Lead discovery and scoping from pre-sales through post-production with measurable outcomes.
• Define launch criteria for regulated environments, including controls and evaluation benchmarks.
• Build in sensitive data environments with access controls and explainability considerations.
• Run evaluation loops measuring model and system quality against financial benchmarks.
• Own delivery state across multiple workstreams, balancing scope, speed, and quality.
• Distill deployment learnings into hardened architectures, playbooks, and tooling.
• Surface field feedback to inform model behavior and platform gaps.
