Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably with financial/investment banking.
• Experience with organizational functions is required.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer questions via inbound contact center.
• Perform account updates and maintenance, processing mail.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and QA functions.
