Job summary

Flexera seeks a Solution Advisor – FinOps to work with existing customers, helping them maximize value from the FinOps portfolio. You will collaborate with multiple teams to tailor solutions, drive adoption, and deliver cost optimization outcomes across a hybrid estate.

The role focuses on advisory sessions, best-practice development, and enabling customers through training content while traveling up to 20% for meetings and renewals.

Qualifications

• FinOps Certified Practitioner required.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps tools across major cloud providers.
• Preferred FinOps Certified FOCUS Analyst and experience supporting LATAM customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for defined FinOps portfolio areas and advise customers to improve adoption and value.
• Develop, document and update customer best practices and enablement content.
• Coordinate with sales, support, success, enablement and product teams throughout the customer journey.
• Lead advisory sessions and workshops focused on FinOps outcomes and cost savings.
• Travel up to 20% for customer meetings, events and renewal activity.
