Job summary

MetiRi is seeking a Financial Systems & Data Onboarding Analyst to support a nationwide franchise-wide data standardization initiative. This 100% remote, long-term contract role focuses on onboarding franchise financial data into a centralized reporting platform with strong data mapping, validation, and reconciliation requirements.

The ideal candidate has accounting/FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and the ability to collaborate with franchise operators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in accounting, FP&A, financial systems, implementation, audit, business analysis, or data onboarding.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with MetiRi.
• Experience interpreting P&L statements.
• Experience with COA mapping and financial data standardization or implementations.
• Advanced Excel: lookups, PivotTables, reconciliation, data validation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review franchise-level P&L statements and financial data.
• Map COA to standardized financial reporting framework.
• Validate and reconcile data for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with franchise operators and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support data onboarding, validation, and governance in a SaaS-based platform.
• Maintain project trackers and onboarding documentation.
• Identify data quality issues and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
• Document mapping decisions, exceptions, and process recommendations.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress and issues.
• Assist with reporting, QA, and process improvement initiatives.
