Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, computer science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the firm’s financial systems: Aderant Expert Classic, Expert Framework (Expert Billing, Expert Collections, Expert Rate and Expert Image), iTimekeep, Intapp Open, Chrome River, BillBlast and others.
• Set up and maintain timekeeper rates, including annual standard rate uploads, new hire, promotion, summer and fall associate rates, rate changes and rate end dates.
• Set up and maintain clients, matters, timekeepers and billing teams, including employee, client development, partner expense, estate planning and other non-billable matters, and timekeeper FTE changes.
• Administer user security and access, including iTimekeep setup, work groups, app groups and security policies, and the inactivation of access for departing personnel.
