Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support customers by phone, learn licensing with full sponsorship, and build a foundation for a career in financial planning. The role starts with paid training and hybrid work with one day on-site per week.

During onboarding you’ll handle account inquiries, transfers, and trades, while preparing for a future Investor Center on-site role and potential additional remote support depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Fidelity customers by phone during onboarding and training.
• Answer questions about balances, withdrawals, transfers, and resources.
• Place trades for customers and guide them through processes.
• Balance working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center, transitioning to on-site after onboarding.
