Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Financial Services Representative to help customers and lay a foundation for a career in financial planning. You will support customers over the phone, learn licensing requirements with employer-paid training, and transition to an on-site Investor Center after onboarding.

You will start with 4 days remote and 1 day on-site during training, then move to a full on-site Investor Center role, with potential remote support as needed.

• Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and the ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Fidelity customers over the phone with account questions, balance inquiries, withdrawals, transfers, and resources.
• Place trades and assist customers while onboarding and licensing processes.
• Build a foundation for licensing and development within the wealth management track.
