Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support customers by phone and in person, with paid training to prepare for a career in financial planning and advice.

You will gain exposure to licensing and wealth management development. During the program you will earn FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with sponsorship and structured study plans, while working four days remotely and one day on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (phone or in‑person).

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone and online.
• Process withdrawals and transfers.
