Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a Channel & Customer Research Sector Lead for Financial Services to build and maintain CCR coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. You will supervise a team of analysts and ensure high‑quality, scalable primary research using our AI Interviewer technology.

You will design frameworks, develop questionnaires, and oversee project execution while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to strengthen market coverage and research outputs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in equity research or market intelligence.
• Deep knowledge of financial services including banking, insurance, fintech.
• Experience designing primary research frameworks.
• Ability to lead a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop CCR coverage roadmap for Financial Services equities.
• Lead development of channel check frameworks and structured questionnaires.
• Serve as the primary domain expert for Financial Services to guide project design.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure actionable insights.
• Identify new companies and expand CCR coverage across value chains.
