Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking a Channel and Customer Research Sector Lead for Financial Services in New York.

You will build and maintain CCR coverage across banks, insurers, and fintechs, directing project design, expert sources, and outputs to meet high standards of quality and end‑user value. You will guide a team of analysts, design primary research frameworks, and ensure scalable workflows using AlphaSense''s AI interviewer technology while aligning with regulatory considerations and market

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Strong domain knowledge of Financial Services including banking, insurance, fintech.
• Experience designing primary research frameworks and questionnaires.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure high‑quality research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CCR coverage roadmap for Financial Services equities.
• Lead development of high‑quality channel check frameworks and structured questionnaires.
• Serve as primary domain expert for Financial Services to guide project design.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and analysts on execution and feasibility.
• Identify new companies and sub‑sectors to expand CCR coverage.
