Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to oversee revenue management, expense tracking, policy updates, and cash flow. The role collaborates with appraisers, clients, market leadership, and leadership to ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting.

This position can be remote or hybrid and follows Pacific Time hours. Responsibilities include AR/AP processing, commission applications, revenue recognition, and development of improved processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in revenue management, expense tracking, or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with appraisers, clients, market leadership, and leadership to ensure revenue and expense management.
• Conduct research and analysis to support revenue management and expense tracking.
• Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and cash flow for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in commission applications and ensure proper documentation per policies.
• Track policy changes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage AR and AP functions including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
• Participate in improving revenue management and accounting processes.
• Prepare financial reports related to revenue, expenses, and cash management.
• Support revenue recognition activities and compliance with standards.
