Responsibilities

• Collaborate with appraisers, clients, market leadership, and leadership to ensure accurate revenue and expense management.
• Conduct research and analysis to support revenue management and expense tracking.
• Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and cash flow for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing commission applications and ensure proper documentation.
• Track and maintain policy change records in line with regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
• Participate in developing and implementing improved revenue management processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to revenue, expenses, and cash management.
• Support revenue recognition activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
