Lightspeed DMS LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead billing, accounts payable, and procurement. You will own end-to-end processes to bill customers accurately and pay vendors on time, while aligning with contracts and policy.

The role requires proficiency with NetSuite, ZoneBilling, Avalara, Ramp, and a strong AI toolkit to build scalable controls. You will mentor a growing team in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience across billing, accounts payable, procurement, and/or revenue operations, ideally in a SaaS business.
• Hands-on proficiency with Zone Billing, NetSuite, Avalara, and Ramp.
• Native or advanced proficiency with AI tools and LLMs applied to financial operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end monthly invoicing processes in Zone Billing/NetSuite.
• Oversee accounts payable cycle and vendor master data management.
• Oversee procurement and spend programs including Ramp.
• Refine procurement and procure-to-pay strategies and workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team and establish KPIs.
