Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge in program finance processes, data structures, systems, procedures, and requirements.
• Familiarity with overhead rates and various rate structures.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps and design solutions to address them.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and tool adoption.
• Assist with data cleansing, conversion, and validation activities.
• Support the development and delivery of training for the new system conversion.
• Test tool enhancements and provide feedback to ensure a smooth rollout.
