US Fertility is seeking a Financial Educator (Remote) to support Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York in Brooklyn, NY. You’ll guide patients on benefits, coverage, and financial options, and verify benefits and prior authorizations as needed.

This role emphasizes ongoing financial education and compassionate patient support within a national network of fertility centers. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of medical-billing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of medical business office experience, with knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance, and patient interaction
• Ability to read payer remittance advice and differentiate charges, adjustments, denials, and patient responsibility
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in OB/GYN office is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with departments, physicians, managers, patients, and insurers
• Strong oral and written communication skills, independent work style, detail-oriented, computer savvy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other software
• High level of customer service is essential
