Job summary

Zekai is seeking a seasoned transactional attorney for a part-time, remote role focused on AI-enabled contract review and evaluation. The ideal candidate will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and derivatives, while participating in AI training feedback loops and redlining workflows.

You will contribute to rigorous evaluation frameworks, assess AI-generated contract outputs, and collaborate with product and research teams to refine data and guidelines for AI-driven contract review

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in-house experience focused on technology transactions including MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks with rigor.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review solutions.
