Job summary

Scale With TARS LLC is seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services program. This opportunity is ideal for someone comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions, and other account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally.

You will provide inbound customer support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts, including activations, balances, transactions, disputes, and lost or stolen

Qualifications

• Independent contractor eligible and able to pass background check and fingerprint screening.
• Must have Windows PC with 16 GB RAM and wired high-speed internet.
• Quiet, professional workspace.
• Able to complete computer compatibility check and online assessment.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position. 1099 Independent Contractor | Work From Home

We are seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services program. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions, and other account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally.

What You'll Do

Provide inbound customer support for prepaid debit and credit card accounts, including:

• Card activation, balances, transactions, and disputes
• Lost or stolen cards and general account questions
• Payroll cards, fund transfers, and payment-related concerns
• Securely handling customer information while following required financial regulations and data protection procedures
