Qualifications

• Ability to pass federal background, fingerprint, and drug screening.
• Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Commitment to completing self-paced certification (about 6 weeks).
• Ability to adapt to handling sensitive financial information with care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for card activation, replacements, and account questions.
• Assist with payments, transfers, and disputes accurately and securely.
• Verify identity and follow security/compliance protocols on every call.
• Spot potential fraud and resolve it calmly with callers.
• Document every interaction accurately in the system.
