Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation with ability to prepare financial statements.
• Experience in finance and financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel and data tools.
• Ability to design and maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; able to work on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Experience as a controller or senior accounting role in industrial/manufacturing environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, and AR.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports; monitor cash flow.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements; implement internal controls.
