Job summary

Zelh is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the accounting lifecycle for our logistics client from a remote location. The role reports to corporate finance and oversees close, reconciliations, cash operations, and acquisition integration across entities.

Responsibilities include managing multi-entity month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, plus driving internal controls and credit management while supporting M&A execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive accounting, with 3+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Hands-on multi-entity month-end close and high-volume AP/AR management.
• 13-week cash forecasting and credit administration.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal control design.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close across multi-entity operations.
• Prepare entity-level P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and audit-ready schedules.
• Coordinate external audit, tax, lender, and regulatory reporting.
