Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis and explain variances to senior leaders.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain financial models for decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports for stakeholders and management.
• Run in-depth data analysis to surface key metrics and insights.
• Identify process improvements to optimize financial operations.
